By using reicapitalconsulting.com (the “Site”), operated by REI Capital Consulting LLC, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Who we are and are not

REI Capital Consulting LLC is not a direct lender. Financing is provided by independent third-party lenders. Submitting information does not constitute an application approval, loan approval, commitment to lend, or guarantee of financing. All programs are subject to lender underwriting, due diligence, borrower eligibility, property eligibility, licensing requirements, geographic availability, and change without notice. Business-purpose financing only. Programs shown are intended for non-owner-occupied investment properties unless expressly stated otherwise.

2. No offer, commitment, or advice

Content on the Site is general information. It is not an offer to lend, a commitment, a rate quote, a pre-approval, or legal, tax, accounting, investment, or financial advice. Consult your own licensed professionals.

3. Third-party lender information

Where the Site describes programs published by independent lenders, the information is provided as an example as of the “Information last reviewed” date shown. Lenders may change or withdraw programs at any time. Always rely on the lender’s own disclosures and loan documents. References to a lender do not imply endorsement by that lender.

4. Your submissions

You agree that information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge, that you have the right to share it, and that you will not submit Social Security numbers, account numbers, or full bank statements through Site forms. You authorize us to use your submission as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Fees

There is no charge to submit a scenario through the Site. Any fee for consulting or related services will be disclosed in writing and agreed before it applies. Lenders charge their own fees, which they disclose.

6. Business purpose only

The Site concerns business-purpose financing for non-owner-occupied investment property. It does not offer or arrange consumer, personal, family, or household credit.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Site, including by submitting false information, attempting unauthorized access, scraping, or interfering with its operation.

8. Intellectual property

Site content and design are owned by REI Capital Consulting LLC or its licensors. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their owners.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, REI Capital Consulting LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made by any lender, arising from use of the Site.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
