Loan programs

Investor Loan Programs, Compared in Plain English

Real estate investors usually use one of five business-purpose loan types: ground-up construction to build, fix-and-flip to renovate and sell, bridge and rehab to buy or reposition short term, DSCR rental loans to hold rentals long term, and multifamily financing for apartments. All are offered by independent lenders and subject to their underwriting.

REI Capital Consulting LLC is not a direct lender. Financing is provided by independent third-party lenders. Programs are subject to lender underwriting and approval.
